Anne Hamlin United Realty Ventures, LLC is a real estate firm founded in 2005 by Anne Hamlin, a Florida licensed real estate broker. With a background in real estate appraisal, Anne has the analytical skills to track market trends to benefit sellers in pricing their property for sale, and buyers in determining the price at which to purchase. A dedicated professional, Anne prides herself in providing individualized attention to each client and has a “can do” attitude when it comes to researching answers to issues of concern to clients. She holds the MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) Designation awarded by The Appraisal Institute and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation awarded by the CCIM Institute. A resident of Belleair, when not working, Anne enjoys golf, gardening, and long walks with the family Labrador retriever.
Debbie Jordan recently joined United Realty Ventures and brings new energy to the firm. Truly a “people” person, Debbie loves the interaction of matching people with property. With prior sales and property management experience in Wrightsville Beach (North Carolina) and Ponte Vedra, Anna Maria Island, Tampa, and the greater Clearwater beaches areas of Florida, she has considerable experience with waterfront real estate. A resident of Indian Rocks Beach, Debbie’s true passion is helping and she is an active volunteer with several worth-while organizations. Currently, she mentors seven high school students in the Pinellas County public school system; serves as a fund raiser and volunteer for the Abilities Guild and Foundation, an organization which helps provide a new start for returning injured homeless veterans; and volunteers with a philanthropic organization which raises money for scholarships for needy girls and women.
Betsey McKenna Our firm expanded with the addition of Betsey McKenna, a resident of Pinellas County since 1973. Her earlier careers involved sales, training, and management in the insurance industry, as well as successful entrepreneurial endeavors which she patterned to fit her goals as a wife and mother. She and her husband, Kirk, raised their children in Pinellas County and their children graduated from Florida universities. Active in her church, serving on the governing board for over 15 years, and chairing the Finance Committee for the City of Indian Rocks Beach, she brings an excellent knowledge of the area, city infrastructures, school systems, waterways, and flood insurance issues. A 30-year resident of Indian Rocks Beach, Betsey is active in sports, such as boating (as a licensed boat captain), tennis, and breeding Vizslas, which is, as she will tell you, “the best dog ever!”
Anne, Debbie, and Betsy are Realtors®, and hold membership in the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors®, and the Pinellas Realtor® Organization.
